Gear Couplings

Our half geared & half rigid gear couplings are desirable for application where angular misalignment is a major problem. Used for various industrial applications, they are also cost effective and reliable in performance.

Standard Gear Couplings

We manufacture standard gear couplings which are used for four bearing system and are capable of ccommodating both offset & angular misalignment. Both the halves of the couplings are identical & consist of 2 hubs & 2 outer flange sleeves which are bolted together.

Mill Motor Gear Couplings

Our mill motor gear couplings are suitable for mill type motors with tapered shafts. The other hub of our gear couplings is taper bored to specification, with space provided for nut on end of motor shaft.

Spacer Gear Couplings

Our spacer gear couplings assist in removing the hubs from either shafts without disturbing the mountings of the connected units. Manufactured using superior quality materials, these can also be produced according to clients requirements.

Insulated Gear Couplings

We manufacture insulated gear couplings which prevents the passage of stray currents from driver to driven shafts. Durable and robust in design, they are widely demanded in the national and international markets.

Floating Shaft Gear Couplings

Our floating shaft gear couplings solves remote driver & excessive misalignment problems. The coupling halves on the driver & the driven ends are rigid. The hubs arrangement of the couplings can be easily reversed.
