Ltd. ) is a leading manufacturer of TRUALINE brand of gear couplings and track wheel assembly for the last 8 years and 30 years as Hi-Cliff prior to that. Our gear couplings are noted for their Quality, Workmanship, compact design, easy installation and high torque and Bore capacities. They are an economical choice for all ranges of torque and bore applications as well as the best choice for limited space installations or high speed applications.

Our Products

The basic gear coupling consists of two inner hubs and two outer sleeves, the Hub and sleeve are coupled through gear teeth individually and coupled collectively by Fit bolts through the outer sleeves. The combination of different coupling elements like Rigid Sleeve, Spacer, Floating shaft, Insulated Disc and Bush, Shear pin assy etc gives rise to a variety of couplings suitable for specific applications. We manufacture Gear Couplings having torque capacity up to 150000 Kg-m, we also design and manufacture customized gear couplings for various applications. We also manufacture Track Wheel Assemblies for EOT Cranes, Boogies, Trolleys and other conveyor systems.

Our Infrastructure

Our manufacturing plant is spread on an area of 4000 sq. mt with a factory space of 1200 sq. mt and office area of 300 sq. mt. We have all manufacturing processes required for manufacturing Gear Couplings and Track Wheel assemblies including Heat Treatment under one roof, thereby ensuring the quality of our products and timely supplies. We use gear-cutting machines to shape the gear couplings according to the requirements and all flange holes are jig drilled and reamed to achieve the all need Interchangeability. We use latest testing equipment to test the heat treatment of materials and other gear parameters in order to deliver the BEST PRODUCT.
